Arsenal vs Fulham Prediction: Match Preview and Analysis - Premier League

Even its atypical placement, midweek, like that of all the other matches of the thirtieth day of the Premier League, makes the derby between Arsenal and Fulham feel like a fleeting match between the past and the future of this season. The past is in the ugly and bitter KO that Fulham suffered in the FA CUP against Crystal Palace and which interrupts the dreams of glory of Marco Silva's team; the future is instead the Champions League quarter-final that Arsenal is preparing to play against Real Madrid, an evidently central and absolute appointment in the season of the Gunners who, in the championship, will probably have little to ask, as they are almost certain to play, in any case, the top European competition next year too. It will therefore be up to Fulham's pride and ability to recover immediately, to immediately revitalize the season to try to make the championship already good, excellent, thanks to a European placement that is possible. Getting a result or at least taking points from Arsenal at the Emirates will not be easy, even if the Gunners have the well-known offensive unavailability to which Calafiori has been added in defence. The Gunners remain a solid team and, in any case, are recovering important players (Odegaard above all) therefore, for Fulham, trying to do what they have done in the last three occasions in which they have faced their city rivals (i.e. taking points) will not be easy, but the Cottagers are leading a notable Premier League and, therefore, they will certainly not set themselves too many limits.

Venezia vs Bologna Prediction: Match Preview and Analysis - Serie A

Venezia and Bologna resume their journey from Penzo towards two diametrically opposed objectives, difficult to achieve but still possible: respectively, safety and qualification for the next Champions League. Venezia is now used to hosting opponents who aim for the top European competition or in any case, high-ranking big teams; in the last five home games, Inter, Roma, Lazio and Napoli have passed through the Lagoon and now it will be Bologna's turn. In the four aforementioned matches, Venezia has never won but has always performed well, proving to be a tough, solid team, perhaps penalized by the current ranking which, without victories, is struggling to dislodge the orange-black-greens from a difficult-to-sustain penultimate place. In front of them, there will be a Bologna excited by the latest very large success against Lazio (5-0) which has told everyone that the rossoblù are, still, very serious candidates for fourth place so much so that, fourth place is the one they currently occupy. Vincenzo Italiano's team, especially at home, is confirming its brilliance and is still one of the most beautiful teams in this championship, but it will be awaited, from now until the end, by a terrible schedule. Both teams, in view of the challenge, will not have any particular injuries but, rather, excellent suspensions, one for each side: Bologna, which in attack is recovering Orsolini and Odgaard with goals and performances, will not have Castro, while Venezia will be forced to give up a midfield linchpin, namely Hans Nicolussi Caviglia: important shortcomings that could certainly be felt.

Inter vs Udinese Prediction: Match Preview and Analysis | Serie A

After hosting the first leg of the Nations League quarter-finals between Italy and Germany, the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium is now set to be the stage for the 30th matchday of Serie A as Inter take on Udinese. The Nerazzurri, thanks to their victory over Atalanta before the international break, have extended their lead over Napoli to +3 points, further solidifying their position at the top of the table. The win against Gasperini’s side provided a significant boost of confidence to Simone Inzaghi’s squad, who are now facing a packed end to the season, starting with the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final against AC Milan on Wednesday, April 2. The final stretch of the season will also see Inter competing in the Champions League quarter-finals against Bayern Munich, a matchup that, if successfully navigated, could lead to a highly anticipated semi-final against either Barcelona or Borussia Dortmund. One thing Simone Inzaghi has proven is his ability to maintain focus game by game, keeping his players sharp even in matches that seem easier on paper but can be full of hidden dangers—such as this clash against Udinese. The Friulani, currently sitting mid-table with little left to fight for this season, arrive in Milan with a relaxed mindset, free from the pressure of securing points. This could turn out to be an advantage for them, making this match between the league leaders and the 10th-placed team an intriguing battle.
