Manchester United vs Crystal Palace Prediction: Match Preview and Analysis - Premier League

Manchester United in their European version is a totally different team from the one we have seen in the Premier League so far, but the Red Devils, thanks to an undefeated first phase of the Europa League, will have to try to bounce back in the league and will try to take advantage of the boost from the clear victory at FCSB to take the three points against Crystal Palace. The Londoners, however, are certainly not a team to be underestimated and, in fact, before the last round of the championship, they were one point ahead of Manchester United in the standings. In reality, even this season, Crystal Palace is wavering a bit between the European positions, always very difficult to approach, and the safety zone, which rarely sees the Eagles involved all the way. However, there is no doubt that, at their maximum potential, Crystal Palace knows how to be a team to fear, in particular thanks to Jean Philippe Mateta, who has scored eight goals so far in the Premier League. Despite the many champions in Ruben Amorim's squad, none of Manchester United's forwards have yet reached that figure of goals scored and the 0-0 draw in the first leg, where Erik Ten Hag was actually on the bench for Manchester United, was precisely a match with so much offensive production not capitalised on, something that the Red Devils would like to avoid on Sunday at Old Trafford.

Roma vs Eintracht Frankfurt Prediction: Match Preview and Analysis - Europa League

Roma’s rise in the league, confirmed by the great success in Udine, will count, yes, but only to get the Giallorossi more charged and aware to the match that, for now, is worth a season: the home match against Eintracht Frankfurt, a very fearsome opponent, second in the Europa League and third in the Bundesliga. The pressure and expectations, therefore, will be mostly concentrated on Roma who is now in twenty-first place in the continental rankings and who only with a victory could be certain of accessing the playoffs. The latest European KO against AZ therefore forces Claudio Ranieri’s boys to transfer the energy and technique, emerging again in the team and in the individuals, from the league to Europe in order not to fail an objective that, if missed, would be a serious setback for the club. Already largely passed but with the almost certainty of doing so through the main door of the Round of 16 is Dino Toppmoller’s Eintracht Frankfurt who have been constantly growing in recent years. The Germans' European path is enviable for now and, in this first phase, it only needs to be made official. The sale to Manchester City of Omar Marmoush, author of 20 seasonal goals with the Eagles will be a chapter, on the field, to be addressed shortly for a team that in any case has many other resources and arrives in Rome, strong of its second place in the standings.
